Why get involved? Did you know that:
- A policyholder who does not have rental coverage is ENTITLED to a like rental vehicle when making an uninsured motor vehicle claim.
- Third-party appraisal reviews are illegal. A personal inspection must be performed.
- A policyholder may use the independent appraisal clause in their policy if they do not agree with their insurance company estimate.
- Insurers are PROHIBITED from referring a repair facility unless the costumer is informed that they are under NO OBLIGATION to use it.
